By commissioning me, you agree to my Terms of Service.
I reserve the right to deny a commission request for any reason.

Payment is upfront via PayPal or Venmo, and all prices are in USD. Payment plans for orders $150+ can be discussed.
I reserve the right to use your commissioned piece as an example for my portfolio, including posting it on my social media. Complete privacy for the commission may be requested for a small fee.
Major revisions, extra characters, and highly complex designs are all likely to be subject to a fee.
Turnaround time is based on on several factors, including my mental/physical health, life events, the complexity of the commission, etc. I will do my best to communicate any delays. I do not do rush orders at this time.
Use of my art in Artificial Intelligence, Machine Learning, NFT, Blockchain, etc. is STRICTLY FORBIDDEN NO MATTER WHAT.
Commercial use is NOT included in the base price and any request for for-profit use will be subject to a large fee. Personal use is always included in the base price.
All reposted/reuploaded commissioned art must be credited to me in some way.
Refunds are available in full until work on the piece(s) has been started. Refunds are typically not available afterwards, UNLESS something comes up in which I am unable to complete the piece OR it has been more than 6 months since the commission was requested and paid for.

Do not resell my designs for more than they were purchased for, unless extra art has been added.
Do not buy my designs Only to resell, especially with intent to make a profit. If you fall out of love with a design that's one thing, but don't buy my designs just to resell at a higher price for your own benefit.
Do not sell/trade/gift my designs to bigots, pedophiles, zoophiles, etc., or people who excuse these actions. I do not have a public blacklist at the moment, just use common sense here.
Redesigns are allowed so long as they still resemble the original design 60-75%. I must remain credited as the designer even if you have redesigned the character. On toyhou.se, you may add yourself as an additional designer in this case.
Adding new forms, such as alternate universes, closed species forms, etc., is allowed!
Creating explicit 18+ content of feral/pokemon or minor character designs is strictly forbidden. Explicit contentof ADULT human/anthro characters is allowed, however, I retain full rights to blacklist you if you use these designs to create/obtain hateful art, "cub/loli/shota" art, incest, etc.
Please ask me before using my designs in commercial product such as monetized games, small-scale merch, etc. I will likely say yes if it's a small indie project, I just would like some heads up!

I currently work on a quote system for full illustrations.
Illustrations generally include linework and color, including some minimal shading/render. Full color/render will add to your total, as will extra characters, complex designs/outfits, props, backgrounds, etc.Very simple-shaped characters as fullbodies may be priced as busts or headshots due to their simplicity!There are some base prices I work on, to give you some idea of what you'll be getting! Chibis are a simple, 'deformed' version of my style. I offer these at a flat rate with minimal complexity charges, however complex designs may be declined or simplified and I do not offer full render/shading for these.Chibis only come as flat color fullbody drawings, and extra characters on one canvas are +100% of the base price each. I am willing to do discounts for bulk orders (4+ standard chibis, 6+ teeny chibis)! Feel free to ask.
